Here are the qualities in order that I look for in a pool.

1) Water temperature and I prefer it warm – 84 degrees and above.

2) Clean water without too many chemicals.

3a) Clean facilities for changing, bathrooms and showers.

3b) Low cost.

4) Quiet water. Music is OK. Yelling, screaming and crying is NOT.

5) Considerate fellow swimmers.

6) Pools where bathers do not bathe in the water. Bathers should shower off deodorants, perfumes and colognes before entering a pool.

7) Outdoor pool or lake.
